โ Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been unboxed, used, or physically damaged after delivery.
Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
Items with tampered or missing serial numbers/warranty stickers.
โ Returnable Only If:
The product is defective, damaged, or not working out of the box.
The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
The product is within the eligible return window (usually 24 Hours from delivery).

๐ Replacement Policy
If your phone or product is eligible for return due to the above conditions, we will:
Inspect the product.
Approve the replacement.
Dispatch a new unit or offer a suitable alternative.

Refunds are only issued if we are unable to replace the product due to stock unavailability or delivery constraints.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Bank, eSewa, Khalti, or other) within 5-7 working daysafter approval.

We provide a VAT Bill with every purchase by default โ not just on request.
The VAT Bill is essential for warranty claims, EMI processing, and service center visits.
Please retain your bill for all future queries.
๐ฆ Delivery Damage Disclaimer
We take utmost care in packaging, but if your product is physically damaged during delivery, you must report it within 24 hours with clear images or videos.
Delivery-related damage claims after this period may not be entertained.

Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.
Preserve all packaging materials, accessories, and warranty cards.
Do not activate or set up the device until you're sure there are no issues.
